"Tulip" is the new Royal Academy of Dance Examination skirt. Styled to R.A.D. specifications, colours and fabric, "Tulip" is a tie-less, mid-length (in order to encourage correct arm placement when held to the side) wrap skirt. It comes with two alternative fasteners ("hook-and-eye" and "hook-and-loop") - supplied unattached so that they can be added at home for a perfect fit.
